DRS offers a wide range of specialty geotechnical construction services. This enables us to provide turnkey foundation repair services, as well as provide geotechnical construction services to general contractors. We are constantly studying the technological advancements in this field and correspondingly updating our capabilities.

STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL REPAIR —
PICKING UP WHERE MAN AND MOTHER NATURE LEFT OFF
Colorado’s geology and climate present some of the greatest building challenges found in this country. Our geologic conditions, combined with Colorado’s inconsistent rainfall patterns, are the perfect recipe for differential foundation stress, settlement, heave and slide problems. Additional stresses, such as high winds, heavy snowfall, and extreme daily temperature swings, contribute to the structural problems common in our region. Not to be outdone, man-made errors frequently contribute to, or even create the need for structural and civil repairs. Where Man and Mother Nature left off – DRS takes over.
