STRUCTURAL REPAIR
DRS is an expert in structural repair and foundation re-leveling. When it comes
to foundation damage from expansive soils, settlement, lateral overloading, or inadequate capacity, we have the experience to understand your problem and implement the repair. As with all other projects, the process begins by engaging
a qualified engineer to evaluate the cause and solution. We take it from there.

STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION
Building use changes frequently require unique modifications and augmentation
to the structural system. Oftentimes, these modifications necessitate the use of creative shoring and load transfer methods. There is no substitute for experience. In conjunction with our geotechnical construction services, DRS has the experience and capability to perform these structural modifications from the superstructure to the bottom of the foundation, oftentimes with no interruption to the building use.
